<h1>README</h1> <hr /> <p><br />This folder contains the source code for</p> <ol> <li>Matlab code for the Full variational inference for HBLR models.</li> <li>Matlab code for the partial MAP inference.</li> <li>The c++ code for the parallel partial MAP Inference using openmp</li> <li>TO BE RELEASED: The Java code for parallel partial MAP inference on Hadoop</li> </ol> <p><br />I understand that the current source-code is pretty unreadable.
